Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$79 or more after all product and order discounts have been applied. Shipping charges are not included in the qualifying subtotal. Eligibility is limited to the destinations listed in this policy.

2. Order Processing & Total Delivery Time

To calculate when to expect your package, please use this formula:

Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time + Estimated Transit Time

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays)
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Notification: A tracking number and confirmation link will be emailed within 24 hours of fulfillment

Transit times begin from the official dispatch date via premium expedited international air couriers. Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing or carrier operational issues.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDP Guarantee)

All orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union are delivered with all import VAT, customs tariffs, and local duties pre-paid (DDP). The price at checkout is final. You will never be billed unexpected fees or carrier clearance charges upon package delivery.
